CO2 Laser Tube Used Information

1. Before using, please ajust the position of water pipes  based on the principle,that is , to inflow from water inset into laser tube and outflow from its water oulet. And keep water fully inside laser tube without bublble.Then ,turn on the power supply.

Requirement: the cooling water is used soft water like distilled water or pure water.And please attention that the temperature of water used, which should be controlled between 12 degree and 30 degree.So the temperature of water is not cooler than 12 degree and not hotter than 30 degree. Specially in summer,it should change water or stop water chiller work and rest some. In cold area, Please attention that Do not let water frozen insider laser tube. Especially,when laser machine is power off, please let the water out from laser tube to avoid freeze to break laser tube.( Attentions: customers who use alternating current must let the water box grounded).

2.The supporting points of laser tube should be a quarter of whole laser tube.It should assure that the flow of cool water needs between 2L-4L per minute; Or the cooling effect is not very well, it will resulting the decreased of the power. The nozzle of cooling water in water box must be covered underwater. Or every time the water will be not filled fully inside laser tube when use.

3.Please attention to protect the laser output window to avoid smoke sputtering during working as well as adjusting light path. When the laser output window is polluted, the laser power will be decreased. So please use absorbent cotton or cloth dipped in alcohol without water to clean the surface of laser output window.

4.When adjusting, it is ok to correct the position of supporting points or rotate the position of laser tube to achieve the best effect.Then to fix the laser tube up very well.

5.Notes: It should avoid the electrode of high voltage terminal near the dust. Please keep dry. The high voltage terminal should be far away from metal materials in case the fire discharge.

6.when using ,the scale incrustation should be avoided inside cooling pipes in case blocking. If scale incrustation, it is bad to cool laser tube. so please using 20%  rare hydrochloric acid to clean scale of cool tube.

7.The laser tube is made of glass and easy to break. So please must be handled with care.

8.Please use laser tube reasonably. The laser tube is used by the right ways,which will save laser power. In fact, the optimal laser power is only 80% for itself.

Methods to fault of laser tube as well as maintenance

1.About depth after engraved.

1)Not so deep after engraved based on your needs.
Please check to the bearing points for laser tube, the strong light is smaller or not, light path is deviated or not , focus distance is ok or not , dust covered mirrors or not, the volume of water is normal or not. the above problems after checked are not happened. Please to check the mirrors located the outlet of laser power is scratched or dust covered or not. If no scratched or dust covered, the problem is itself of laser tube.

2) Also not deep after engraved after the laser tube works some times. Please firstly to check the bearing points of laser tube is reasonable or not. Then, to confirm the temperature is beyond 30 degree or not, the mirrors is hot or not during working, the volume of cooling water and water pressure is normal or not.
 If the above problem is ok, please check the itself of laser tube.

2.High voltage spark and discharge
Please check whether there is dirts or wet around the high voltage terminal or not, the metal parts near the machine body; whether the connective device of laser power supply is separated from its holder; whether there is off lines from the device of high voltage or not as well as destroyed.
If the above problem is ok, please check the itself of laser tube.

3.The problem of laser tube to confirm good or not.

1)The temperature of water should be controlled between 25℃ and 30℃. In the colder area, please prevent cooling water from freeze.

2)Specially, please let cooling water out from laser tube. Please keep the laser beam work with the help of water protection.

( Notes: please test whether there will be laser beam out from laser tube or not when cooling water is stopped.)
3)Whether the water pipes is tied knots or not.

4)whether there is some bubbles inside laser tube or not.

5)Whether the water pressure and water current is normal very well or not? The direction of cooling water inside laser tube should be flowed from lower point to higher point of  the laser tube.

6)If the above problem is ok, please check the itself of laser tube.
