The outlet of laser head spark
|
1.If used in the industries of rubber plates, specially for impure rubber sheet, there will be no impact to use.

Not need to deal with, suggest customers to use high-quality rubber sheet.

2.Check laser head white jet pipe ,whether have strong airflow spray, because jet pipe path very long ,easy to bend, block or worn out
|
Clean or replace the white jet pipe

3.check the air pump itself is breakdown, such as pump a small amount of air or do not work

Circulating water heat up soon
|
1.The intensity of Laser light is too large

Chiller alarm
|

|
1.First check the laser tube itself if light (in the light exit test) laser tube is light

Check the lens whether damaged, the optical path whether offset

2.Laser tube to the light exit light, check whether the normal water cycle (see the water pipe flow smoothly), such as water or poor water
|
To clean water pump and straighten water pipes out.

3. Please check water circulating very well or not; the indicator light of laser power supply turns on; the power fan whether moving or not. If no move.

To replace laser power supply.

4. If no laser beam out when to click the button of laser power supply

Something is wrong for laser power supply or laser tube. Please check them.

1. The direction is right after reset.But the laser head and gantry can not stop when arrive at the top point( to check the technical parameter is right or not, if ok.)

If be stuck when moving. To check the main board and its sensor is good or not. If wrong, please change one new.

2.If the gantry after set is normal, the laser head can not reset very well. The regulating wheel or Motor shaft broken, or technical data is wrong.

Please change regulating wheel and motor; change technical parameter;Check motor line plug-connecting

3. the gantry move oppositely or hit sides.

The parameter data is wrong. Please power off and correct parameter data.then to download configuration again.
